Heath Marquardt was able to offer me a substantial discount from the original estimate on some needed repairs. Their original estimate was already right in line with a few other independent shops that I checked with, so they really did save me several hundred dollars. You know you are at the right place when the people in sales and finance who helped you purchase your car still work here, and you’ve had the same great service advisor for the entire 8 years as well. Not bad for a first oil change! The car wash was good. Thanks for setting my maintenance light, it wasn’t done on the 30k service when I bought the car so the light never came on.
