I love my service advisor Ken Voltage. He doesn't recommend service just to jack up prices, if my car doesn't need it. If it's something that's a quick fix, he doesn't even charge me for it. This last Saturday, he was the only service advisor there at the end of the day with this Corona virus mess, and he was taking care of all of the clients. He didn't go home or stay home, as apparently the others did. We still need our cars serviced, & Ken was right there. He is always available by text, & I greatly appreciate that. He's also really funny; too. :) More
