Great Service! Had an oil change and as always Heath Marquardt, our Service Advisor, was attentive and made us feel welcome. We waited in the bright, sunny lobby and were offered as much bottled water and/or coffee we could want, and once the oil change was finished the car was waiting sparkling clean due to the great job someone did washing the car! When I got home I got a delayed messages addressed to my late husband who pasted a few months ago. The car is under his Peter and Josefa. I am Josefa, his surviving widow. I am familiar with the interior filter and the importance of its replacement for clean air. Thank you for taking care of my car and the updates. I did buy the 3 in 1 pkg for the oil change. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. I was also happy that my car came in for the recall earlier because I was very uncomfortable when the car braked to a stop at the airport garage coming close to an accident behind me twice. I came twice asking why it happened and was told that it was normal just switch off the safety. Hard to switch while driving. Thank you for taking care of the problem even if it was on a Manufacturers Recall.. More
