I was in on Saturday feb the 8th for an oil change, made an appt for 10:30 which I was on time, I saw people come in after me and leaving before me, , I was there 3 hours for a simple oil change, not very h an appt for 10:30 which I was on time, I saw people come in after me and leaving before me, , I was there 3 hours for a simple oil change, not very happy, Ken had to go and point out my car for them to work , they did oil change in 19 mins after 3 hours of waiting , I still have one more prepaid oil change, after that I’m done with this dealership ! I enjoy going in to have service. I use to go to Buena Park Nissan when I purchased my cars, but I never had good quality service & they didn't make you feel special.
