Average Dealership, Average Service This is a pretty average dealership. There's nothing special and nothing terrible about it. You get average customer service and average amenities. Jarred, the service advisor I'm assigned to, is pretty hit and miss. My most recent visit was fine. He had me in and out within 90 minutes for an oil change that I had scheduled. So, pretty average for a dealership. However, he recommended a mileage service and some other work to be done, but when I asked about paperwork to see exactly what they wanted to work on, he said he would email it. Long story short, neither my husband or I could find the paperwork in our emails (even checked the spam folder). So the next day I had to go in again and have the paperwork printed. He printed it, but did complain about having to do it since he had to copy/paste multiple pages together and write the price on it. The work he was recommending was about $2000. I'll take this over the previous experience I had with Jarred. The time previous to this one, I went in for a scheduled oil change, and as I'm pulling up, he's walking away... apparently to lunch... so I go in and ask about it. No one seemed to know what to do. Thankfully though, Tony was passing by and asked about the situation. He got me in right away and even had the dealership's service van take me, my son, and mother to get lunch while we waited. He took care of us even though it wasn't his job. I've asked for my service advisor to be changed from Jarred to Tony, but despite an assurance that it would change, it hasn't. I'm still assigned to Jarred. More
The gentleman that helped me was named Tim he was so nice and helpful. With that said the reason I put 2 stars it I had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. I got there at 9:15 and I didn’t leave until 12:45, I also had to search for my car through the parking lot because I stood there for 10 mins waiting for a porter and I could not locate one. More

Service department did not perform the inspection I asked for (my car was diagnosed at another shop and still under warranty so I took it to the dealer). I asked the to check the piston rings as that was the problem (they were I stalked improperly and caused sludge in my engine). Those weren’t checked. I was told I would need an entire new engine unless I could provide the receipts for my oil changes for the last four years. Naturally I do not have all of those. Thus, my warranty would not cover my engine problems (which were not even looked at by the dealership) and now I’m stuck with a car that puffs out smoke and burns oil even after oil changes. I will NEVER purchase a Nissan again, nor suggest my friends and family ever visit Planet Nissan. Additionally, the service person who assisted me was short and rude when I asked why those things had not been checked. He just shrugged and said it wasn’t on the report and seemed bothered by my push back. More

One of the best experiences at a dealership I've had in a long time. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday with less than 24 hour notice no problem.
