Our service advisor, Heath is extremely concerned about every customer, we have always booked through Heath and even when he is off for a day it gets set up by Heath. With a remarkable sense of detail and thoroughness getting our vehicles serviced at Planet Nissan because of Heath's follow up allows us the peace of mind knowing that it is always taken care of. Without a doubt there has not been an outstanding issue from getting our vehicles serviced at Planet Nissan. More
Regular maintenance appointment I scheduled an appointment for 7 am. Got there at 7 a.m. waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that the person who was in charge of my maintenance app I scheduled an appointment for 7 am. Got there at 7 a.m. waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that the person who was in charge of my maintenance appointment called out sick. I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. why make an appointment if you'll still have to sit there for three hours when the work that was completed should not have taken that long to begin with. No one checked in on me through the process. More
