Rude, Dismissive, Misogynistic I went in to have a bulb in the brake light replaced. During my 2hr wait to pay $70 for labor to replace a bulb the guts down the street were just goi I went in to have a bulb in the brake light replaced. During my 2hr wait to pay $70 for labor to replace a bulb the guts down the street were just going to give me, I witnessed no fewer than three instances of mechanics demeaning FEMALE customers. I actually heard one mechanic say to a middle-aged, African American woman, "Now, we told you you needed to keep up with maintenance. and you didn't, and now it's hetting bad." I am a teacher and I've never spoken to a child like that. Another mechanic came into the lounge and said to a woman, "Come on honey, car is done." My own mechanic, Jarred was dismissive and rude. When I asked about a coupon on the website and my bill, without even looking at it or asking me questions. he just said no and gave me some garbled response about discounting my labor costs. He did this AFTER the cashier told me he WOULD apply the coupon, but would have to redo the ticket. It was clear Jarred did not want to do the additional paperwork. More
