Oil change I came in yesterday for an oil change, and I got right in. My service guy was Zach, and he was awesome. I didn’t have to wait long, ur it didn’t matter because they have coffee, and doughnuts for you to enjoy while you wait. More

The worst Service Advisor I ever had to deal with The service of my vehicle was great, they fixed everything wrong with it, but when it comes to the Service Advisor (Jared Meckley), he seems to have g The service of my vehicle was great, they fixed everything wrong with it, but when it comes to the Service Advisor (Jared Meckley), he seems to have grudge against me, he tells me my will be ready between 1pm and 2pm, he will call to let me know when I can pick up my vehicle, he never called, I had to call for a ride back to the dealer 15 minutes before they closed, his customer service skills are the worst and it seems like he doesnt like me or his job. More
