I've lost my trust in this dealership I've used this dealership for quite some time and trusted them with my car and my wallet. Unfortunately, this last experience has left a bad taste in I've used this dealership for quite some time and trusted them with my car and my wallet. Unfortunately, this last experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I was happy with the quick diagnosis, but the quote for the work seemed really expensive ($2,400), so I decided to shop it around. I received 4 separate quotes and the most expensive was $1,400. I understand that most dealerships are going to be a premium over a standalone shop, but this was excessive. The shop that ended up doing the work found that one of the parts didn't even need to be replaced, so my total was $850. I'm glad I shopped it around and kept over $1,500 in my pocket. I won't be visiting this dealership for service in the future....outside of oil changes. More

Service appointment Came in for regular oil change and tech working on car said also needed brake fluid change and transmission flush. Was not careful in reviewing previous history that entire transmission was replaced less than year ago so no need for transmission fluid change. Fortunately, Tony and I eventually caught the error in time --would have cost over extra $150 for no reason. Unfortunately, entire service call took about 3 hours- too long because of this mistake.
