Major service on a 12 year old Sentra The Service representative was very professional and knowledgeable along with the young man that took the original vehicle information. First visit Checked in to have a recall service done. Had no appointment, tried 3 times over the phone to schedule one but kept getting sent to voicemail. Anyway, Checked in to have a recall service done. Had no appointment, tried 3 times over the phone to schedule one but kept getting sent to voicemail. Anyway, was taken in with no problem, was told it would take 2 hours for the service but it only took a little over an hour. Fantastic!!! More

Worst Experience On September 3, 2019 My husband took our vehicle to Planet Nissan due to having transmission problems, noise under hood as well as inside the vehicle. On September 3, 2019 My husband took our vehicle to Planet Nissan due to having transmission problems, noise under hood as well as inside the vehicle. He had an appointment with Jarred Meckley around 8:15am. Before my husband went to this appointment he recorded a video of the noise incase the noise wasn't there at the time of the appointment. He expressed to Jarred M. our concerns and Jarred re assured him that Planet Nissan would check everything in the vehicle to make sure it didn't have any other mechanical issues since it was still under warrantly. When my husband picked up the vehicle, he was told that they did the tire alignment, they changed the AC compressor, changed the battery and they rebuild the transmission. On September 27, 2019 My husband had to take our Nissan Pathfinder to Jarred because it continued to make noise and this time it was also coming near the power steering wheel. They gave us a rental and that was that. On September 28, 2019 My husband went to return the rental and assuming to pick up our Fixed vehicle but according to Jarred, there was nothing wrong with the vehicle ( even tho there was STILL a Noise as soon as they pulled up with Pathfinder) and since " they didn't find anything wrong" My Husband had to pay Planet Nissan for the rental. We let a week pass hoping the noises would go away but instead they got worse. On October 1, 2019 I was driving the Pathfinder and I notice the noise my husband kept talking about and it was coming from near the steering wheel, under the hood and to top it off the AC in the console was making a clicking sound that comes and goes. Again, we recorded the noises (since Planet Nissan pretty much thinks we're lying) and decided to make ANOTHER appointment with Jarred Meckley. On October 5, 2019 I decided to go with my husband to express BOTH of our concerns one more time to Jarred Meckley and to Please take a look at our vehicle because apparently there's something wrong if its STILL making a Noise. Once I got to Jarred's desk, he barely let me speak 5 words, he did't let me speak, he cut me off and blew me off. He got up from his chair, annoyed, irritated and made me feel very uncomfortable. He got up and said lets go see the problem. We went outside and as my husband was trying to calmly explain the issues, Jarred kept cutting him off and made us feel like we were lying. Jarred was pretty much trying to blow us off and said the video didn't mean anything. We mentioned to him that there was a noise under the transmission which they had supposedly fixed on September 3rd and Jarred just peeked his head for one second and said "oh I didn't hear anything". Then he said " YOU GUYS ARE JUST TRYING TO FIND SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT" and we had to pay $100 Deductible again. I don't know what he meant by "YOU GUYS" but this was my first time dealing with Jarred Meckley and why would I "try to find something wrong with it". I work in the Medical field and deal with Workers Comp and Attorney Liens. I DON"T have time to be dealing with car issues or with a person who's unprofessional, Racist and Discriminates like Jarred's Meckley! Have a nice Day, Ellie More

maintenance my car battery was giving me problems and starting the car was a problem. my car had a lot of things to fix which cost 1.300.00 that I didnt mind bu my car battery was giving me problems and starting the car was a problem. my car had a lot of things to fix which cost 1.300.00 that I didnt mind but when my car was ready. the keys were put up in the front with the cashier by Jared but I was never told they were their and I was in the waiting room it wasn't until 2 hours later when I went to ask someone if my car was raedy that I found out my keys were sitting there for 2 hours. they have to have a better way of communicating with the customers when their keys are up front....we do have other things to do beside sit in the car dealership all day. I was there from 7:00 am to 3;30 . I could of been gone 2 hours sooner if there was better communication. More
