Good customer service I brought my car in thinking I would need brakes and a little fearful of the cost but ready to pay. Relief because of stories you hear about dealerships ripping the public off, that perception has to be changed and so far Planet Nissan is doing a good job instilling public trust. More
Rip Off Took my Altima in to have the serpentine belt replaced, it was cracking and showing signs of deterioration. My husband had called for a price and was quoted $169.00. When I arrived I was told the cost was $199.00. Explained that we were quoted 169 and was told that was only a general estimate. NO IT WAS NOT! When he called he gave them the precise information on the car: year model, engine size etc. He was put on hold for several minutes, then was told $169.00 would be the exact price. This will be the last time I take my car to Planet Nissan. More

When I get there, the guys outside are friendly and get my cat checked in, Then inside with the service rep, Heath, he is always pleasant and helpful. Only drawback, is that I am one of those people that likes to keep the tread on my tires at a certain pressure. I always ask them to not alter the pressure. A few times I found that the pressure was change...twice..right around a big temp drop and I went to drive to work in the morning and see my dashboard flash with a check tire pressure. Not too happy to see that. Otherwise everything else is okay. More
Ken & Andy in Service are very helpful, accommodating and don't take advantage of me. Ken is my main service advisor & always answers my texts. He pro-rated a battery for me this past Saturday, even though h don't take advantage of me. Ken is my main service advisor & always answers my texts.
