Friendly Team; Faster Service than Expected!! I had to get my car serviced for a weird noise while driving and I only had the car for almost a year. Excellent Service! We took our Altima in for its 30,000 mile service. Ken Voltage met us, and let us know approximately what the expected cost would be. During the servi We took our Altima in for its 30,000 mile service. Ken Voltage met us, and let us know approximately what the expected cost would be. During the service checks the technicians found that the battery was barely holding a charge and that the brake pads were wearing thin. Ken called to let us know what had been found and gave us an estimate of the extra repairs. Since the battery was over five years old we weren't surprised it was on its last leg and we certainly are relieved they caught the brake pads before we had to endure the screeching noise every time we hit the breaks. As always, service was first rate and Ken kept us advised every step of the way. Ken's attention to detail on making sure the Altima is always 100% road worthy is the biggest reason we keep coming back to Planet Nissan for service. Well done once again Ken! More
