GREAT Service - NO Pressure Heath helped me, from setting up my 5K service appointment the week before to getting me on the road afterwards. There was never any pressure to go th Heath helped me, from setting up my 5K service appointment the week before to getting me on the road afterwards. There was never any pressure to go there or to have anything done that I didn’t request. I was told the time needed to complete the work would likely be 90 minutes. I left the property walking in search of a place to have lunch and returned about an hour and 15 minutes later. As I was walking into the customer lounge, Heath called my mobile phone to let me know work had been completed and my vehicle was ready to go. I was given a print out of all work completed and materials used, along with a gracious thank you for choosing Planet Nissan. I might add, all work was completed under budget. To me, that’s really more than I should expect or could hope for. It’s a 100 mile drive one way, but absolutely worth it for the level of service offered! More
