Customer Service keep me smiling! I brought my new in Rogue because the radio was malfunctioning.Ken was polite and explained that it would be no problem to fix. Initially, Ken said it would take approximately six hours to locate and repair the problem. It took much less, by the time the shuttle brought me home it was time to return to the dealership. When I got in the car, there was still a problem. I saw Marvin and told him that the problem was not fixed. He was great in reprogramming and setting up the blue tooth. Both were patient with me, courteous and not less than professional than I expect them to be. Great job!!! Keep me smiling. More
