Service Excellence We have two vehicles in our driveway from Planet Nissan. In total 6 in the last 8 years. Each one of our vehicles are only serviced there at Planet. The primary reason is because of Heath our Service Adviser. Heath, has an excellent commitment to service for all we need to get completed when we get our vehicles serviced. Heath is probably the single biggest reason we first still get our vehicles @ Planet and second Heath is the best overall in terms of customer relationship. More

He also explains the reason why a particular service is needed. Since he is the subject matter expert, I then go over my options while he actively listens to my thought process.
