But once I got to the dealer, they were very helpful. Austin helped me and was great. They changed my tire pretty quickly and provided Lyft service to go out to lunch while I waited. More

Delays. No communication 9:30 appointment for a simple tire rotation/check service. Was told the car wouldn't be ready until 1! Why the appointment? No call. After several calls in, I learned car won't be ready until 4. Took several calls in to get the authorization for the Lyft ride to pick up. Messed up plans for the day. No car wash.
