Uninformed 1st the person scheduleing the appointment did not know how long it would take. I informed her I had an appointment at 1:30 and need to be done by 1is 1st the person scheduleing the appointment did not know how long it would take. I informed her I had an appointment at 1:30 and need to be done by 1is 2nd the appointment was scheduled for 11:30 and I was told it would take 2:00.die to the techs taking lunch. 3rd when I informed the service person of my appointment at 1:30, no effort was made to see if someone could adjust their lunch to accommodate the schedule. I still would use the service but it would help if these issues were taken into consideration for change. On a final note, the person in the service dept (Daniel) was very polite and it was his 1st day. More
