Thank you for your feedback. While we do strive to provide prompt feedback, I do realize it can be frustrating when you are waiting to hear about your vehicle. When you set the appointment it was originally scheduled for a 1-2 hour visit, however at the time of check in based on the current shop capacity we did relay that there could be a delay. Part of what took some additional time is that the technician was looking into a charging issue for you which we did not charge any diagnostic fees for. We have spoken to the advisor in an effort to increase the frequency of communication to ensure a more informed visit for future appointments. I apologize that your experience was not up to expectations, but I can assure you we are working each and every day to try to be better than the last.
