Good service by a great team Took my work truck in to have some work done on the drivers seat and driver inside door panel / handle. This is a high mileage work truck, 260,000 rel Took my work truck in to have some work done on the drivers seat and driver inside door panel / handle. This is a high mileage work truck, 260,000 reliable miles on a 6.0L gas V8. (PRETTY xxxx GOOD!) The seat was worn and had an internal broken piece leading to much discomfort while driving. Unfortunately, the part that broke was not available. Jenn went out of her way to see if a local fan shop could fix it. When they were unable due to the metal used, she had her tech do the best he could with it. There is no guarantee it will last, but for the interim, the work performed is good. The inside door handle had broken off. And extra part was needed. Jenn had to order the part and kept me appraised of status of the vehicle. Not once did I have to ask her how long it will take or when I can get my truck back. She kept in contact and communicated effectively. She always greeted me with a smile and was able to explain each part and the associated costs. Upon picking up the truck, everything was as I left it, and Jenn went over the final repair report. I will request Jenn for any future needs. More
