I came in for a warranty issue with the battery of my Chevy bolt. I was told I was going to get a 150 point inspection. I walk out of there and all the tires are at different lower inflated levels. Then Chevy bolt. I was told I was going to get a 150 point inspection. I walk out of there and all the tires are at different lower inflated levels. Then what would be standard with the 150 point inspection. I go back in to ask him if they actually did the inspection. They said my sensors were off and that they needed to check them. Which was just a b******* lie. Obviously they didn't check the tires and they didn't fill them up. I asked him if they completed the inspection. They filled the tires they said yes. I get home and there's no washer fluid in the reservoir. Completely proving that they didn't do the inspection at all. They just checked the battery. I don't even know what they checked for. When I go in here, they have me sign the paperwork before they tell me what they have done. I think this place specializes and taking advantage of people and doing poor work and they know how to get away with it. More
