My husband and I are both smart and successful people, and yet we were duped by their sweepstakes scheme. We, like everyone else who wrote a review about being duped about this place, we "matched" winning numbers to get a prize. This sweepstakes card was so well worded, and so dishonest, that when we called the dealership out on their dishonesty, the guy that runs the advertising (Dave), smirked and said "Legal approved it." When we complained to the general manager, Brian, he yelled at us because we complained that his practices were unethical. It was clear to us that his defensiveness was just masking guilt for justifying these unethical advertising practices as well. Here's the thing, if you are in the market for a new car, this is not a trustworthy place to go. Think about it: any place that is willing to stoop low enough to drive traffic by employing slimy sweepstakes schemes that they openly admit have to pass through their legal department first, is not a place I would trust to purchase a car. I feel sorry for people who buy a car from this place. After the dishonesty I saw today, I would NEVER trust this place. I wouldn't be surprised if their dishonesty extends to rolling back odometers of their older inventory cars. These guys are ruining their reputation by employing deceitful schemes, and the long-term effects will drive the business into the ground. Honestly, not sure how these guys sleep soundly at night. I brought my Hyundai Elantra in to have my timing belt replaced yesterday. I was very kindly greeted by Mike Curtis. I will continue to use Premier Hyundai of Tracy for all my auto needs. More
