Despite it sitting on their lot for 129 days, they claimed there was "high interest" and required a $,1500 wire transfer to hold it. I wired the deposit. When my financial institution finalized the loan, the dealership sent the sales sheet without deducting my $,1500 deposit. When I pointed this out, they promised an immediate refund, so I proceeded with the purchase. I traveled from Maryland to Marietta, GA, to pick up the car on February 25. Due to a heavy thunderstorm in the Atlanta area, our exterior inspection was compromised, and we missed a damaged front camera—a vital part required for the parking feature to work. BMW quoted $800 to fix it. To be accommodating, I offered to buy and install the $140 part myself if the dealership simply covered the cost of the part. They agreed but getting them to follow through has been a nightmare. The refund for my $,1500 overpayment was unnecessarily delayed. I was told it was sent on March 5, but I didn't receive it until March 23. Ironically, the check was dated February 28. Meanwhile, I sent the $140 camera invoice on March 6. After claims that they never received it, I resent it on March 16, and again on April 3 at another employee's request. As of today, I still have not received the $140 check they promised. The gaps in communication are entirely on their end. It feels like they are deliberately ignoring me, hoping I will just go away. Proceed with caution if you choose to do business here. More
Do not buy a car from these people. First of all I was told they could pick my car up and turn around and bring me the one I purchased from them down to me. I was without a car for 2 weeks after I purchased it. Every time I called to check on what was taking so long it was one excuse after another. Two weeks after I received the car it started having issues electrically. I took it in and was told it is over a 6500.00 repair due to the car having been jumped off numerous times. I called my salesman Leo to try to get them to work with me on the repair and got no where. He refused to tell me the managers name when I asked which contributes to the shady feel of the overall experience I have had with this dealership. I have no choice at this point but to seek legal advice. Please take my advice and do yourself a favor if you are shopping for a car and look else where. Update: I have spoken with Shelby Parker at Platinum and was offered $250.00. She of course denied that anything was wrong with the car. I am speaking with an attorney who has informed me he has filed multiple claims against this dealership and they do not operate ethically. I am most likely screwed but am posting this to help someone else not end up in the same boat. There are plenty of other dealerships to work with that don't have slimy business practices. Afternoon Mrs. White, the BDC (Body Domain Module) and HUH (Head Unit - High) are not communicating. The voltage and fuses are good and there are no signs of water damage but a lot of signs showing that the vehicle was jump off multiple times (most likely the cause of the failure). We need to replace the BDC module first, the head unit may work after replacement, if it does not the head unit will need to be replaced as well. Worst case scenario the invoice total is $6,582.59. If the BDC is all that is needed the repair cost is $2,098.97. If you do want to move forward with the replacement we will need a copy of your drivers license to order the BDC through BMW. Will need a clear photo of the drivers license sent to office@fairfieldimports.com if you do want to proceed with the repair. Let me know if you have any questions. More

First Caleb, the sales agent’s wife, was having some medial issues and this guy continued to provide me support remotely guiding me through the purchase. Once completed, like most auto purchases, nothing is ever perfect and that is when you determine the quality of dealership you are dealing with. Brent, the general manager, was an experience to be had. He jumped in at every turn to resolve any issues with the vehicle no questions asked no hesitation. To be honest, going back there to get another vehicle for myself. Brent is now a friend; he was just that good. Already recommended a few friends in the NFL to the dealership. I strongly suggest, if you are looking for high end vehicle before you talk to anyone, please visit Platinum auto in Alpharetta, you will not regret and it will be best auto purchasing experience you ever had More

Purchased a vehicle from this company and trusted them with shipping. My vehicle was delivered damaged. Theu agreed to pay for the rapids but once I gave them the estimates they said it was too much. Then they told me it was be delivered to me by next day delivery I never recited the check they continues to give me the run around and than eventually stopped answering my calls and text messages.
