The dealership offers fair prices, and Joe has always quickly returned emails and phone calls. The service department accommodates late drop-offs, and it has always been easy to make an appointment. Jim, who has explained all of the technology features in my past two cars, is knowledgeable and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Platinum VW to anyone looking for a new car. They truly try to make you feel like part of the Platinum family as they establish positive relationships with customers and work to accommodate your needs. More

My experience with VW sales Rep Darlene Ancona was the icing on the cake. She's an amazing sales rep! She really understands her customer. She took all the stress and wait time that normally goes into purchasing a new car and saved me so much time and hassle! I can't thank her enough. She turned it into a painless and pleasant experience. Bill Q from the finance deptartment also made me feel like I had some say in the final outcome of my monthly payments. Again they are in the business of making money on thier sales, but you go in knowing this and for those of you who love to haggle I'm sure you would get an even better deal than I did. But I'm still content with the deal I did make with Bill Q as it did not deter me from signing on the dotted line.
