Excellent customer service - quick and easy delivery Just leased my 2017 VW Passat R-Line thru Randy Grene at Platinum VW. Randy and the manager were very helpful in finding the car I wanted since they Just leased my 2017 VW Passat R-Line thru Randy Grene at Platinum VW. Randy and the manager were very helpful in finding the car I wanted since they didnt have it in stock at their dealership. Within a matter of a few days the credit app was done, and they had the car at Platinum ready and waiting. I was in and out of the dealership in about a half hour (to both return my current VW lease, sign all the paperwork, have a gentleman go over all the features of my new car, get my keys and drive off the lot). The fastest and smoothest experience I could have asked for considering my husband just got a new truck (different make) and he took about 2 - 2 1/2 hours for same process!!!!!!!! Buyer Beware I just had a 30,000 mile service done today and imagine my surprise when the person I was dealing with in the service department told me that it was n I just had a 30,000 mile service done today and imagine my surprise when the person I was dealing with in the service department told me that it was not covered under my lease and asked if I had an extended service contract (which I didn't) that I would have to pay for the service. I have been leasing cars at this dealership since 2004 (when the dealer was Sovereign Volkswagen) all of the leases had service included. When I leased this car nothing was mentioned about a 20,000 mile service limit and I was not asked about an extended service contract. So my advice is let the buyer beware.I won't be leasing any more cars from this dealership. More
