Buyer Beware I just had a 30,000 mile service done today and imagine my surprise when the person I was dealing with in the service department told me that it was n I just had a 30,000 mile service done today and imagine my surprise when the person I was dealing with in the service department told me that it was not covered under my lease and asked if I had an extended service contract (which I didn't) that I would have to pay for the service. I have been leasing cars at this dealership since 2004 (when the dealer was Sovereign Volkswagen) all of the leases had service included. When I leased this car nothing was mentioned about a 20,000 mile service limit and I was not asked about an extended service contract. So my advice is let the buyer beware.I won't be leasing any more cars from this dealership. More
