Once we asked him for help, he was very thorough and knowledgeable in showing us the different models. Upon choosing a car, he gave us different lease options and worked with us to get the best lease, and he and the financer kept dropping the price without the need to haggle with them! Manny and the other gentleman we spoke to were very polite and genuine, and we did not at any point feel pressured into choosing a car. But the deals were terrific and the car (and the test drive) was incredible! I will definitely look at this dealership when my lease is up. More

This being my first auto with navigation Joe sat with me and went over each detail, sync my phone and taught me how to use each option in my 2016 GTI. He had a very practical and relaxed approach. If your looking for the starched shirt-screw you around every corner guy, Doc isn't for you. As for the rest of the place from Paul, the sales manager, Jim, who explained everything, Howard the finance manager, to the owner whom I met on the way out, everything was hassle free. I rarely write these reviews but today you rarely find a mom and pop car dealer who treats you this way. There was no constant running to the counter after every question. Doc was a veteran car professional and I look to be a lifelong customer of his, and Platinum VW. More
