He was really attentive to my needs, patient, knowledgeable, and possessed a great sense of humor. He wasn't pushy or insistant, in fact he tried to talk me out of things I didn't really need. He had a very practical and relaxed approach. If your looking for the starched shirt-screw you around every corner guy, Doc isn't for you. As for the rest of the place from Paul, the sales manager, Jim, who explained everything, Howard the finance manager, to the owner whom I met on the way out, everything was hassle free. I rarely write these reviews but today you rarely find a mom and pop car dealer who treats you this way. There was no constant running to the counter after every question. Doc was a veteran car professional and I look to be a lifelong customer of his, and Platinum VW. More

Not the stereotipical pushy dealership. Due to their styling and quality, the current VW models sell themselves. The management and sales staff keep me coming back. Manny Lucas in particular who has handled 2 of the 3 cars I've leased from Platinum demonstrated excellent responsiveness to my needs. He did not make any recommendation on what he though I would want but rather mostly listened to what I came in for then got right to the meat of the deal. It was during this stage that I ended up with a model much better than the one I thought I would be happy with. The price difference was minimal with significant improvement in the features. Manny was key to all this and never pushed me in a direction to spending more money. More
