Manny Lucas in particular who has handled 2 of the 3 cars I've leased from Platinum demonstrated excellent responsiveness to my needs. He did not make any recommendation on what he though I would want but rather mostly listened to what I came in for then got right to the meat of the deal. It was during this stage that I ended up with a model much better than the one I thought I would be happy with. The price difference was minimal with significant improvement in the features. Manny was key to all this and never pushed me in a direction to spending more money. More
