"Again you are entitled to your opinion but understand this, Josh had nothing to do with your transaction besides sign the refund check for your cancelled warranty when you purchased a vehicle from Huntington Volkswagen. Unfortunately Huntington Volkswagen is our competition not our supply chain and you can listen to their non sense if you so chose. You were looking for one of three cars left at the end of the model year, management made every attempt to secure one of those vehicles however was unsuccessful. We did however secure a 2016 model for you but you did not give Platinum much time and you went to our competitor and they had a 2015 vehicle in stock. We are happy you got the car you were looking for but again it was not Josh's fault he had nothing to do with your transaction. All he has done is treated you well in the past 5 yrs in our Service Department but when things don't go the way you wanted, that's when he is arrogant. To conclude this mess, it does take anywhere from four to eight weeks when you cancel a warranty from 5 years ago to receive your money back and Platinum Volkswagen has no control of the vendors refund process. Good luck with your new vehicle and we hope Huntington takes as good of care of you as a customer as we did previously to this situation that we could not obtain a car you were looking for."
