Wonderful Experience With Doc I recently purchased a vehicle for my mother for her birthday as a surprise. I live outside of NY and did not buy the vehicle from this dealership how I recently purchased a vehicle for my mother for her birthday as a surprise. I live outside of NY and did not buy the vehicle from this dealership however I searched around for a good Mew York dealership that would ultimately take good care of all of her needs. The vehicle has a lot of bells and whistles that my mother was unfamiliar with so I searched all over Long Island for a good location via the phone. The moment I spoke to Doc, I knew that my mother would be in great hands!! Doc was extremely informative and kind over the phone. Beyond that he not only spoke with confidence he proved it with his actions and service when my mother arrived. My mom felt like a true VIP as Doc went over details of the vehicle and all of its functions. All I can say is Wow! Doc didn't have to take the time to go over the vehicle especially since I did not buy it from him however my mother felt right at home.
