I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. After purchasing my certified vehicle, I was promised my plates, registration, and the manufacturer key fob that should come with a Honda dealership. After purchasing my certified vehicle, I was promised my plates, registration, and the manufacturer key fob that should come with a Honda Certified Pre‑Owned car. None of these were provided in a timely or professional manner. My temporary tag expired on 3/30/26, yet I still had no plates or registration. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I was repeatedly told there was “no information,” and at one point was even told I “shouldn’t get pulled over,” which was completely unacceptable. Many of my messages went unanswered, and communication overall was inconsistent and dismissive. When I finally received a photo of a key fob, it wasn’t even the correct one for my vehicle. I was told it “didn’t matter,” which is not true for a certified vehicle that is required to include the proper manufacturer key fob. As of today, I still have not received the correct key fob. I eventually had to call the dealership’s DMV department myself, where I learned that the employee handling my paperwork was no longer with the company and that a signature mismatch had caused the delay. My plates and registration finally arrived on 4/10/26 — long after my temporary tag expired. I was also informed that it would take a month to receive a refund for the registration fees, even though I was charged far more than the actual state cost. Because of the dealership’s failure to provide required certified‑vehicle equipment, I also had to escalate the issue to Honda Corporate. Overall, this experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to be aware of these issues. More

Bottom line. if you want to get ripped off, lied too, scammed out of your hard earn money, by all means show at Plaza Auto Mall, they will be more than glad to rip you off. When I initially came to Plaza it was very referral threw my brother, I never would have imagined that I would have been scammed. I ENDED UP playing way more for a vehicle that was listed on their website fo my brother, I never would have imagined that I would have been scammed. I ENDED UP playing way more for a vehicle that was listed on their website for 16,594 and ended up playing way more. 3,160 was added onto the initial car price and I was told that this was service fees, after leaving the dealership I went over the contract that was given to me and I contacted Toyota customer care service and was made aware that the warranty is optional where at the dealership they stated that that was a fee that was mandatory. I am extremely disappointed in the practices in which this dealership scam and deceive consumers who is just looking to purchase a vehicle with all these hidden so-called fees. Thankfully, we have all records and receipts, but we are still going back and forth with this dealership. Despite records and receipts, management is very unprofessional and disrespectful as they speak condescendingly to us. They obviously did not have this attitude when we purchased the car.
