I was in the middle of negotiations for a similar vehicle with one additional package, but Fabian truly excelled as a sales advisor and secured my business from the other dealership, which was not nearly as responsive as Fabian. His customer service was exceptional. He is responsive, sends videos, follows up with calls, and makes you feel like you are his only client. As an out-of-state client, Fabian elevated the car-buying experience to a new level, and I am glad I found him. I will recommend that anyone looking for a BMW contact Fabian. I normally don’t have any problems however there was an issue with my mirrors that fold down when in reverse. One day the driver side mirror stopped folding down. They informed me that the mirror on the ri issue with my mirrors that fold down when in reverse. One day the driver side mirror stopped folding down. They informed me that the mirror on the right passenger side is the only one that should do that. Since I owned the car in 2023 both of the mirrors rotated downward when the car is in reverse. I didn’t like that they assumed that my vehicle wasn’t it and that I was mistaken when I know what the vehicle was doing. I was then told that perhaps it was programmed incorrectly because some sides are dominant in other country’s and possibly when an upgrade was made it was corrected. I didn’t like the fact that they kept telling me there is no way possible the car did that when actually it was. I wasted a trip and if this was the case why I wasn’t told that before scheduling an appointment. I wasted my time having the appointment for this issue. More
