Bradley Stephen's was my sales guru. I purchased a 2024 CPO I5 M60 from Plaza BMW from out of state, sight unseen. Initially the process was smooth and communication with Kennedy was responsive. Since I could not inspect the vehicle in person, state, sight unseen. Initially the process was smooth and communication with Kennedy was responsive. Since I could not inspect the vehicle in person, I had to rely on my sales consultant Kennedy to confirm there was no damage on the vehicle. I was in communication with Kennedy and said the paper work was signed and complete, and I just needed confirmation that there was no damage to the vehicle. Kennedy confirmed, via text message, and I sent the paperwork. The vehicle was shipped and it was immediately apparent there was damage to the front lip and a large chip in the windshield. I contacted Kennedy assuming the damage occurred during shipping. I'm not sure how a chip that large could pass the BMW CPO inspection. Zero reply from Plaza BMW or Kennedy. The shipping company did contact immediately and photos confirmed the damage was present upon pickup. I have sent multiple texts and emails to Kennedy trying to resolve the issue, with zero reply. There is zero service after the sale, as evident by my emails and texts being ignored. Once Plaza BMW received my money and Kennedy got her commission, they moved on to the next customer. My first BMW was an F90, M5 and I was pleased with the BMW experience, which is why I purchased another BMW. The Plaza BMW Team has been no help and flat out ignored my emails and texts. More
My wife and I actually were taking our 428i in for service about a week ago at Plaza BMW in Creve Coeur in where we had an appointment with Stephanie, who is always pleasant to work with. My wife saw a 2025 X3 in the lot, but was looking for something more affordable. Our salesman, Jason Pereira, greeted us and mentioned that there was another X3 he could show us that may be in our price range. My wife was interested, so we went inside to run the numbers. He was very personable and detail-oriented. After about 30-40 minutes, we were not quite there yet with things, but Jason made sure he would do everything possible to make it work. We were later introduced to Eric, our financial manager, who examined every possible scenario that fit our situation. We were asked if we could give them one more day, in which they would make some calls, and they would more likely get the transaction pushed through. We were given a beautiful 2025 EV sedan to drive in the meantime. I followed up in a day or so, and things were still being worked out. I received a call later in the afternoon from Jason, stating, "Do we want to swap vehicles out?" with a (giggle). He said that we're all set, we can come pick up the car, our 2023 BMW X3 SDrive30i, which we were trying to purchase. I contacted my wife, and she was in disbelief. I just wanted to thank both Jason and Eric for really going the extra mile to make our buying experience wonderful. They really went to bat for us and exhausted every possible path, never giving up. We are truly grateful for their honesty and tenacity!!! We're very happy about our purchase. Thank you both for making our day brighter; you deserve it a thousand times more!!!
