Plaza BMW Sold Me a Broken Car I will start this off by saying I've been a long time customer of Plaza Motors, My family has purchased 4 cars from them and have had nothing but plea I will start this off by saying I've been a long time customer of Plaza Motors, My family has purchased 4 cars from them and have had nothing but pleasant experiences (Mainly at Plaza Mercedes). But About 2 weeks ago I bought a Honda S2000 from Plaza BMW, everything seemed fine, I even got a great deal on the car. Alas, about a week later I find out that the car had $6500 worth of damage that they didn't disclose to me when I bought it. I asked for the inspection report that they did before they sold me the car, and to my surprise they left out all information concerning the clutch in the report (that's the part that was broken). Now they have become extremely rude and have stopped accepting my calls. They will not work with me at all and are trying to have me foot the bill. Because of this I know have to get lawyers involved just to return the car. Plaza BMW is full of scammers and rude sales people (Statement based on my personal experience and is only directed toward the people I personally dealt with) THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING A CAR AT PLAZA BMW, I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO END UP IN A SITUATION LIKE I AM CURRENTLY IN. ALL OTHER PLAZA SUBGROUPS I HAVE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH BUT BMW WILL KNOWINGLY SELL YOU BROKEN CARS. More

Starting with my first discussion with Andrew, a BMW gen I just purchased a 2020 X7 M. It was an easy and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Starting with my first discussion with Andrew, a BMW genius, who knew absolutely everything about the car and then to meeting with Eric Fultz on numerous occasions to decide on the features and arrive at a very fair price, it was an easy, no pressure purchase. After the sale, the support continued. Andrew even came to our house to give me instructions on the car’s many features. Both Eric and Andrew treated me with respect and honesty. Poor experience: untrustful and uncaring salesperson :( We originally visited Plaza BMW dealership shopping for the new 2019 X5. We've been taken by one of the veteran salespersons Mr. Guyton. Even to begi We originally visited Plaza BMW dealership shopping for the new 2019 X5. We've been taken by one of the veteran salespersons Mr. Guyton. Even to begin with our salesperson wasn't very accommodating and behaved quite arrogantly with us, surrounded by a bunch of BMW trophies at his desk. We had a certain configuration in mind, but Plaza didn't have an exact match, so we asked Mr. Guyton to look around other St. Louis dealerships inventory (dealer exchange). I emailed him the exact BMW build code, but for the next several days I never heard back. During these days last two "in stock" matching cars were sold by other dealerships. On our next visit, Mr. Orson was quite unfriendly and agitated. He claimed that he never received any emails from us. He didn't remember any of our conversations and denied all other offers he alluded, just to lure us in. We felt very disappointed, but when I requested to talk to a sales manager he lied to us saying that his boss somewhere in the meeting. While the sales manager was sitting just next door. Afterall I spoke to Eric Fultz the sales manager, but he didn't offer us much, more like covering for his salesperson. After being treated poorly by St. Louis Plaza BMW we decided to switch to BMW of West St. Louis where we purchased two brand new 2020 X5 and X3 and very happy with our new cars. Your loss Plaza BMW! We are very dissatisfied with our salesperson Orson Guyton and not very happy with the overall dealership experience. More
