Great experience from start to finish! Carl was very easy to work through the entire car-buying process. I felt like he was a voice in our corner, which is not always the case when working Carl was very easy to work through the entire car-buying process. I felt like he was a voice in our corner, which is not always the case when working with car salesmen. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and I would refer a family member to him in a heartbeat! Adnan was also very friendly, we met with him the day before to ask some questions, and he helped out at the end of the deal to make sure we were satisfied. He even offered to come into the dealership (on his day off!) to finalize a few things the following week. I am definitely a happy new-car owner! More

Don't honor warranty I took my car in for its first scheduled service. While there, I requested that some highly visible blemishes (they look like water spots, but don't w I took my car in for its first scheduled service. While there, I requested that some highly visible blemishes (they look like water spots, but don't wash off) be removed from the stainless steel trim around the rear quarter windows. I was told that the blemishes could not be removed, but the trim could be replaced at my expense ($1776.68), as this would not be covered by the warranty. I bought this car 5 months ago. It currently has 6,000 miles. This should be covered. More

Bad customer service experience dropped off the car. I was told someone will call to update me . No calls back . they kept the car overnight without letting me know the plans. I call dropped off the car. I was told someone will call to update me . No calls back . they kept the car overnight without letting me know the plans. I called next day, but still no answers. I had to call again before they close, the receptionist told me that he service advisor just left and that she doesn't have enough information . They kept the car for another day. Then finally on the 3rd day I received a call to update me about the service needed for my car. It was frustrating not able to talk to the service advisor. I didn't care about keeping the car to be fixed but I cared about not having the service advisor to call me back and to keep me posted about the plan. After a week, the car was not fixed. I was told that they had to order the part and that someone will call me in 5 to 7 days . Still no calls for another 3 weeks for any update They had nice coffee and waiting area though! More
