Brought my car in for service on Friday. Called later that day and was Told it was not ready and would require another day. Called around noon and was told the service agent was not working and neither w that day and was Told it was not ready and would require another day. Called around noon and was told the service agent was not working and neither was the mechanic and there was no one who could pick me up. With this pandemic I would not have a car. Steve Wiggins brought in a driver and gave me a loaner. Luckily one was available. Could have been stranded. No way to run a business. More
Slow Oil change and new tires I went in to get a 7500 mile oil change and service. When I called and made the appointment, I was told it would take about one hour. So, I decided I went in to get a 7500 mile oil change and service. When I called and made the appointment, I was told it would take about one hour. So, I decided to wait. After about 1.5 hours I was told that I also needed new tires. I was told that this would take about two more hours. I waited, and waited, and waited. About every 45 minutes or so, I would check and be told it was going to be just a little longer. When the car was finally ready, I had waited there for over five hours. I was happy with the service (as usual) but unhappy with the extended wait time. The service department needs to be more accurate in estimating customer wait times. I will be back but will probably drop the car off next time, instead of waiting. More
