Did a good job, too long of a wait. I went in at 7:30 am for an oil and filter change,( I had an appointment). I had less then 4,000 miles on my car, but the dash was telling me it was time. I was the first person there. They said they wanted to do a tire rotation also, I was surprised at less then 4000 mile, but said OK. I never got the car back till 8:45. My comparison with your service is that I bought 3 cars from Phillip Buick. They have the lightning lube station.,You can go in and get an oil change and tire rotation (without an appointment) in just about 30 minutes. They also check all fluids. More

Tire Replacement I had a nail in my tire and the tire had to be replaced. It took over two hours which I thought was a bit extreme. Another great experience Plaza is tops whether simply doing an oil change or a major repair. Service is friendly, waiting room clean with refreshments, staff pleasant and the Plaza is tops whether simply doing an oil change or a major repair. Service is friendly, waiting room clean with refreshments, staff pleasant and they wash my car. The loaners I have had are top shelf (XT5). Lastly, I trust them. I never feel like I’m being unsold just to increase the size of the invoice. Harry is always extremely courteous and helpful. More

The Excellent Day Starting with my 2013 SRX4 being out of warranty my screen was cracked on my infotainment system due to a unknown cause I am from Colorado and was dow Starting with my 2013 SRX4 being out of warranty my screen was cracked on my infotainment system due to a unknown cause I am from Colorado and was down here visiting went into see Steve the service advisor who was very very good at what he does although the warranty was out they submitted it to Cadillac. Cadillac also stepped up and took care of The lion share of the cost ordered the screen in two days my screen was replaced everything was awesome they also took the extra step to clean and vacuum my car which is not unheard of but an excellent experience. My father will be shopping soon . Go Plaza Cadillac!!!!! Thank you very much More
Second trip and problem not solved yet I had a message on my Information Center that read""Service Tire Monitor System" and the left front tire pressure showing only "---". Steve tells me I had a message on my Information Center that read""Service Tire Monitor System" and the left front tire pressure showing only "---". Steve tells me that they need to put a new sensor into the tire that will register the tire pressure.. That done, I get several miles away from the dealership and the same message pops up on the IC. I call Steve and he said it must have been a bad sensor so---I make another 45 minute trip down to the dealership where they installed a new sensor and drove the car to see if the same message pops up on the IC. It doesn't so we think all is good. I get back to within 3 miles of my home and the same message pops up on the IC and tire pressure is "--". Steve wonders if they have a bunch of bad sensors and will have to order new ones....This means a 3rd trip to try and get this fixed, 45 minutes each way plus time sitting in the waiting room. This is why I gave it 3 stars but previously, I have had great service from the service department. Steve is as perplexed as I am over this problem. I now know that I have tire pressure that is recommended but it certainly doesn't show that on the IC. More
