My customer service person is Harry and he's the only person that I deal with when I bring my car in and I've had a lot of issues with my 2015 Cadillac SRX and he's always handled everything. The oil change was much faster than usual. That was great! Other times it has taken a couple of hours for just a regular maintenance appointment.
