Plaza Cadillac - Service Center

Harry the service consultant evaluated the left outside mirror operation. He determined that the stops on mirror was not operating correctly. Steven was very helpful. Called in around lunch time Friday as noticed I had a nail piercing the back tire on our Cadillac. Steve said they could fix it if I could bring it in by 3 or 4.. Tire couldn’t be fixed, so they put 2 new tires on front, and best 2 tires on back. Was thankful they were able to fix it on a Friday afternoon. Steven was very polite and caring. More
