Beware of the Dodge corrosion warranty it is not worth the toilet paper it is written on. I bought the Gladiator new from this dealer and like many Jeep / Gladiator owners I developed a paint corrosion is the toilet paper it is written on. I bought the Gladiator new from this dealer and like many Jeep / Gladiator owners I developed a paint corrosion issue around my windshield and hood hinge areas. I was told they would take pictures and start a case, then at the end of my recall inspection on the power steering recall I was told they don't handle those corrosion issues, per Shannons manager and was passed off to go see other dealers. After dealing with Dodge customer service 800 number, I was sent for an estimate by the Dodge rep at a certified paint and body shop in Brooksville Fl and got an estimate to present to Dodge. I waited for the estimate appointment and drove the round trip 75 miles and got the estimate, I called dodge customer service 800 number back and they said I couldn't do that after a Dodge customer service rep giving me the information for the paint and body shop. and then I was told I had to use a Dodge dealer body shop. After calling many dealers and dealing with the idiots at Dodge customer service 800 number, good luck finding a Dodge dealer with a body shop. I still have corrosion growing and no help from my dealer or from Dodge. I bought two new vehicles from Plaza Jeep/Dodge Inverness and the two times I have asked for help concerning issues I got nothing in return, one promise made by a salesman, and a no from service dept and now my paint issues that at this point looks like it will belong to me, even with my corrosion warranty still active. I will never buy another Dodge again. It seems like customer service ends at the final signature on the vehicle purchase. More

We drove to this dealership from over an hour away (Orlando area) for the second time. I would absolutely make this drive any and every time we need a vehicle. This was the fastest, friendliest and (Orlando area) for the second time. I would absolutely make this drive any and every time we need a vehicle. This was the fastest, friendliest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We did have an appointment, which we were 3 hours early for and were still treated with kindness. Our salesperson was a little late( unavoidable personal matter), however, we were still seen, and made to feel as though our business was valued. Over the past 2 weeks or so, several dealerships in our area treated us like a paycheck, or like we were a waste of their time, so being seen as a person was a great feeling. If you want an experience to be thankful for, and a vehicle you'll love, go see these guys! Thank you again, for everything. I have no doubt we'll be back for another vehicle at some point, because our child will be in the market for one. More
