Plaza and Frank Mosca are the BEST!!! Plaza has always been the best dealership I've ever dealt with and this is the third car I've leased from them. I'm always a happy customer. Best service ive ever recieved thanks to tabitha I came to this dealership to get my vehicle serviced.. i was greated by tabitha with courtesy and enthusiasm... from this moment i felt comfortable le I came to this dealership to get my vehicle serviced.. i was greated by tabitha with courtesy and enthusiasm... from this moment i felt comfortable leaving my car with this dealership... she took in detail my issues and shows the utmost concern.. when i recieved the vehicle it was misssing a radiator cap which they did not have in stock.. i then recieved the absolute best service i have ever recieved in my 8 years of owning vehicles.. she went out her way to help me get the cap i needed which would enable me to have my daily commute to work without worries... this was what customers should feel and the service customers should recieve when dealing with service departments in dealerships.... i am now confidently a plaza hyundai customer and look forward to my future interactions with this dealership More

Waiting two weeks for deposit refund Requested a refund for a deposit more than two weeks ago. Keep getting the run around from dealership. They promised for the third time time on 4/8 th Requested a refund for a deposit more than two weeks ago. Keep getting the run around from dealership. They promised for the third time time on 4/8 that they would credit the $500.00 deposit back to my credit card. Still not received in fact when I called dealership on 4/12 they hung up on me twice and the put me on hold twice for more then 10 minutes. Not returning deposit for car that was not purchased is not only deceptive but also stealing. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone More
