They broke my new car's door lock I went to that dealership because of the recall campaign for Sonata door latches, which were working perfectly fine, and they return the car after 6 h I went to that dealership because of the recall campaign for Sonata door latches, which were working perfectly fine, and they return the car after 6 hours of waiting with one door latch broken. I just found out today (three days after the "service") and I'll call them tomorrow and see what they will say about it. completely outrageous! More

Beautiful car, confusing and misleading financing, Salesman added NJ dealer fee to the TrueCar price. Then the financing person said that was the price we agreed to with the salesman. Neither took resp Salesman added NJ dealer fee to the TrueCar price. Then the financing person said that was the price we agreed to with the salesman. Neither took responsibility to notice that the TrueCar price was not honored, that we were charged NJ Dealer fee and a separate NY dealer fee. I tried on numerous occasions to talk to them or to their managers and have received no satisfaction. More
