Not only that, but he was a great conversationalist, and made me feel very comfortable from the moment we met, through the negotiations, and test drive. He did the standard things as well, like offering us beverages and seeing to it that we enjoyed our experience at Plaza Hyundai. Now all I have to do is wait for credit approval. He was polite, kind, knowledgable and never pushed me into anything. He answered all of my questions without ever trying to "sell" me anything. When I left my initial visit, I felt confident that Chris is one of the few honest car salesmen. Within a week of my initial visit, I drove away in my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at a great price. Excellent I had 4 recalls on my vehicle. I brought it in and they took my car in minutes. Said they would call me when it was finished. Well I couldn't believe I had 4 recalls on my vehicle. They had my car delivered to me when I arrived as if it was valet parked! No waiting and very professional. Would recommend to anyone and would go back.
