Financial department is not capable of resolving problems. My wife's date of birth is 9/3/1938 not 1934.They can't even correct that.Please give this matter your kindest attention.I am totally disturbed by the treatment owed to a loyal consumer. Issue with gear shift I can not say enough good things about the service I received. Wonderful! Fantastic! Late Friday the 2013 elantra wouldnt start. I called early Satu I can not say enough good things about the service I received. Wonderful! Fantastic! Late Friday the 2013 elantra wouldnt start. I called early Saturday morning for an appointment and was told to have it towed - which btw was covered by Hyundai! My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 8:15 a.m. which was fine with me. However, I got a call a few hours later from a service person saying he was going to work on the car now. This was great! As suspected, it was an issue with the gear shift. Work was completed that afternoon and since this was a known issue I was not charged. They also updated all of my settings. Like I said, I cant say enough good things about the care I received. My only regret was that I did not get the names of everyone - from the lovely woman on the phone in the morning to the techs who fixed the car. Thank you Hyundai Service! More

Albert is the best in service department i very rarely take the time to write a review but albert in the service department deserves the time to write a review. i dropped my hyundai sonata to i very rarely take the time to write a review but albert in the service department deserves the time to write a review. i dropped my hyundai sonata to be serviced and i left it in alberts hands. there was extensive that needed to be done on the car plus the 60,000 mile service and had my car done by monday. my car feels better then the first day i took it off the lot. i appreciate alberts kindness and helpfulness during the process to make sure my car is safe and ready for the road. i cant thank albert enough and hopefully i will be able to see him again when my car needs to be serviced in the future. More

I received a recall letter for tire defects I called to make an appointment the day I am off and was told by Colin Mazza that they do not do recalls on Saturdays so I asked for another day and was given a date of 09/30/15 for 7am , I requested a loaner , when I arrived at the dealer 7am booked my car in and sat and waited for the loaner ,, 25 mins passed and I asked Colin what about the loaner because I had to go to work and he replied to me. " HEY RELAX ". I thought that was the worse customer service for an employee very disrespectful and a really bad attitude, I immediately asked for my car back and will never go there for any service that is due in the future , even if I have to go an extra 20 miles away to fine a place that gives the service I should. Receive... This person should not be in this business anywhere ,, O Stars ... More
