very unprofessional so where do i begin its always negaitive when dealing with car dealers 1 week ago we agreed on a price 218 per month 36 month lease 10000 miles per y so where do i begin its always negaitive when dealing with car dealers 1 week ago we agreed on a price 218 per month 36 month lease 10000 miles per yr they had to swap out a car for me told me it would take a week no prob its wasnt in stock understandable in nyc didnt have right colors etc in stock whent there today 6/27/2015 they sat me down with tommy brecska the f& i guy he jokes with me well i thought saying the payment was going up 35 more dollars per month i told him noway we agreed on a price of 218 per month it went bad from there on all car dealer tricks in book saying they will buy me up a teir to get a better price as i left tommy brecska theatend me saying he had enough of me today get the out of here. the only person i recommend is the salesman chris rodriguez treated me with respect you are supposed to give a costumer would like a call back from someone in charge of dealership or owner More

Beautiful showroom! Great People! a Top NOTCH Staff! I've been waiting for this place to open for what felt like months and boy did they do right. The showroom is amazing. Every detail is in place. I h I've been waiting for this place to open for what felt like months and boy did they do right. The showroom is amazing. Every detail is in place. I half expected a staff of newbie sales people who didn't know anything but I was surprised, the salesmen seemed to know every detail about the cars and worked with me to get me the options I want at price I could afford. My salesmen was Marvin, he was excellent. He took his time with me and made sure I knew everything about the car before we even worked out the payment. We went back and forth on the figures, and thats when I met Stephanie, the manager, but I didn't feel like I was being pressured into a sale. Stephanie came over and explained all the figures and gave me multiple options to work with. I told her I wasn't buying until I did my research, and she respected my wishes, but still took the time to make sure I understood everything, even though they wouldn't secure a sale right then and there. Ultimately, I decided to go through with it and I love my new Kia! I would highly recommend any one looking for a new car to go meet with Marvin and Stephanie. More
