My check engine light came on not long after purchasing the vehicle. Steve got me in as soon as possible. A part had to be ordered, but as soon as it came in I was contacted and within a few hours the issu the vehicle. Steve got me in as soon as possible. Xavier is a great salesman with not only service and respect during the purchase process, but also stepping up to assist in the MANY issues I've had with the service department since. The Service Department has been a huge disappointment, from damage to vehicle during service to complete lack of communication regarding appointments. At this point and time I don't even want to bring vehicle back for free maintenance with my certified vehicle. I won't go into detail of the many issues, however if the GM wants to reach out will be happy to discuss this troubled department. More
