Service guy was terrible. Waited over 2 weeks for a loaner car for the repairs he said would take 2-3 days. Morning of, he texted and said couldn’t get loaner and would hav Waited over 2 weeks for a loaner car for the repairs he said would take 2-3 days. Morning of, he texted and said couldn’t get loaner and would have to reschedule. Long long long story short, I went to another dealer, waited 10 days for appt, gave me loaner on the spot. 3 hours later my vehicle was finished. DONE sad DONE.
