I emailed back and forth with an internet sales person named Keisha Fequiere because I am looking to buy a This place is a total bait and switch shop. I emailed back and forth with an internet sales person named Keisha Fequiere because I am looking to buy a Toyota Prius V. She told me that she had talked her manager and that I could finance the car for $289 a month with $5,000 down on the car. This seemed low to me, so I wrote her back and asked to make sure that she was talking about financing, not leasing. That's financing, she wrote back. I asked for the terms of the loan and the APR and she told me it was 60 months and 0%. So I made an appointment to go out and look at the car. When my husband and I got there, we were told they didn't have a Prius V, that it "just sold" but they might have one on another lot. We sat down to talk with a salesman about the terms. I showed him what I had been promised. He took my phone with the email chain to go talk to "the manager" and came back with someone named Sean who said, "there's been a misunderstanding." We couldn't get the car for that payment after all. The "misunderstanding" is that you tried to pull a bait and switch on us. We walked out and I advise anyone else thinking of doing business with them to just stay away and not waste your time. More

Good But Pricey My Service Provider Amelia was professional. Service time was fine. My only issue was the price. I usually go to the Toyota Dealer in Manhattan & My Service Provider Amelia was professional. Service time was fine. My only issue was the price. I usually go to the Toyota Dealer in Manhattan & every Service Provider always gives at least a 10% discount on Service. Doesn't sound like much but when you spend over $1,000 it helps. Amelia asked if I had coupons. I've visited the Brooklyn location 3 times in the last 6 months but haven't received any. More
