Terrible customer service.Don't go there😞 Not a great dearlership!!I don't think the managers want to deal with people and give them a fair deal in treading in and selling your vehicles. The service was good and they were able to fix my car two days before I was to leave on vacation. The car began missing out while I was driving and I called the service department on my cell. This was an une days before I was to leave on vacation. The car began missing out while I was driving and I called the service department on my cell. This was an unexpected rush job and the service department told me to bring the car in immediately and they would take care of it. More

Well, I actually had to drop off my Ford Windstar, they tried to fix my car and 480 dollars later my car still had the same problem for which I had dropped it off for! The first person that picks up the ph tried to fix my car and 480 dollars later my car still had the same problem for which I had dropped it off for! The first person that picks up the phone is very unfriendly but the service guys are pretty nice, even so, obviously their mechanics are worthless, 'cause they couldn't fix my car at all! They kept my car for 5 days and yet the outcome was less than statisfying! More
