Pass! These guys are the type that give car salesmen a bad name. We wasted half a day being jerked around. Couldn't answer basic questions, had to talk to These guys are the type that give car salesmen a bad name. We wasted half a day being jerked around. Couldn't answer basic questions, had to talk to manager. Finally arrived at a basic price after almost two hours, but the deal was contingent upon financing through them. But then they couldn't tell us what the interest rate was going to be so we could make an informed decision. Finally they give us a ballpark interest rate, but then the finance manager came and said there had been a mistake and he couldn't honor the price given. By this time there had been so many numbers thrown around, I could barely make sense of it all. What a mess: lies, double-talk, misinformation, and lots of high pressure manipulation. In the end, we just walked away. Half a day wasted. My advice.....If you want to get screwed over, go see these guys. Otherwise, just walk away. Don't waste your time. More

The staff is beyond rude, including most management. They fraudulently sold me a car that had been in an accident and did not disclose that information. And then basically told me I’m lucky they are even fixing it because I test drive it and should have known. The sales manager expected me to believe that the cost for repair was coming out of his own pocket which I know is not true. They think because I’m a 26 year old woman who isn’t married they can screw me over. And they make it impossible for you to speak to the owner. It was so bad that my uncle called and spoke with the internet director who was supposedly going to apologize for he treatment. Never got an apology. I was told the car would be detailed before I got it and that was never done either. Absolutely horrible experience and the worst customer service ever. Never ever again will I buy a car from this so called dealership. More

Rip off old ladies beware! Kyle has bugged my aunt about buying from him for a while and she found a car for 4900 only to be jacked for 6300! I called and went through Kevin and out door price 6043. Which is laughable with a $399 doc fee!!! I used to sell used cars and this price of 4900 to 6043 is insane! No one should buy a car from here taking advantage of old sick folks! More
