I completed the online info and "Flip" Carleton called me the same day and answered all my questions. When I went for the visit to Pohanka to test drive i was shocked at the size of inventory and the selection of cars available. I then inquired on the new stock and Flip was right there with the car cost and the model that was in my price range. He went on three test drives with me and was smiling and excited through them all. He was patient and VERY friendly through the entire process. I decided on a new 2015 TLX and could not be happier! Flip even took me on a tour of the lot so I could decide on the color of interior I wanted that matched with the exterior of the car. He explained all the bells and whistles and was knowledgeable in every sense. 100% impressed and satisfied with my purchase! Flip is the go-to guy at Pohanka! More

Beware! I took my car here because my rear view mirror was loose. Not only did they not fix my mirror they broke my windshield. Now as far as the whole process goes I will say it has been pretty straight forward. Exactly what you would expect when financing a new/used vehicle. That said. The thing that really made my day was the sales guy Nate. I've gotta say he makes car buying enjoyable and fun. He made my day the second I walked in. We had been searching multiple dealerships for an Acura TL all day. I was pretty much done with it when my wife decided to give it one more shot. Over the phone we were able to find a TL in my price range. Nate, the salesman even took the time to send my wife a short video of the vehicle. When we got there Nate was absolutely the nicest sales rep I've seen in awhile. Long story short, I chose to get the car thanks to the unbelievable help of Nate. 5 stars Nate. I will be back for my next car. More
