Fast and Friendly I don't usually write reviews but after the fantastic assistance at the Pohanka Acura I had to. Now as far as the whole process goes I will say it has been pretty straight forward. Exactly what you would expect when financing a new/used vehicle. That said. The thing that really made my day was the sales guy Nate. I've gotta say he makes car buying enjoyable and fun. He made my day the second I walked in. We had been searching multiple dealerships for an Acura TL all day. I was pretty much done with it when my wife decided to give it one more shot. Over the phone we were able to find a TL in my price range. Nate, the salesman even took the time to send my wife a short video of the vehicle. When we got there Nate was absolutely the nicest sales rep I've seen in awhile. Long story short, I chose to get the car thanks to the unbelievable help of Nate. 5 stars Nate. I will be back for my next car. More

Multiple Surprises & Exceeded Expectations Having received a few emails from Frank Ha, we walked into the dealership without an appointment and were met by Yong Kim. He told us Frank was in DC with another client, but Yong called him as a courtesy and Frank asked Yong to serve us. This was the first surprise, but a welcome one. Yong immediately asked us what we were interested in (AWD TLX Tech) and throughout our experience, never did he try to dissuade us or add confusion (another surprise). He clearly knew his product and readily answered our questions, both in the showroom and during the test drive. He was very patient with us (despite the rainy conditions), as well as humble, respectful and polite in his demeanor (another surprise), particularly as we wrestled with exterior and interior colors. When he made us the offer, there was not an ounce of pressure. And as we discussed his offer, and even began to waver, he did not interject and allowed us to work it out in our minds (and hearts). He sensed our uncertainty, calmly said he would be back, and then came with a sweetened offer. We accepted and truly felt good about our decision. Even when Yong discussed dealer accessories, he was even-handed and frank which enabled us to settle on what we wanted and not what someone else was pushing (surprises three times over). He was very efficient in producing and explaining the paperwork, immediately put the vehicle into detailing so it would be ready for us to take, and then spent 30 mins going over the myriad electronic features of the car. From start to finish, Yong Kim was the consummate professional and made this a highly positive experience for us. That’s no small feat because our last 4 cars were used cars purchased from private owners, and our last new car purchase was 14 years ago. One final note--we noticed a 2014 Salesman of the Month board and Yong was on it 4 times, which after leaving Pohanka, made perfect sense. More

Yong and Frank were very professional, polite and patient and when we decided to Lease vs purchase Yong explained every detail to us. They took us for a test drive and did everything that they could to make us feel comfortable. Sue and I would go back to Pohanka Acura to purchase another car and would ask for Yong or Frank as my sales person. Plan to refer Yong to many of my friends interested in purchasing a car from that dealership. More
