Great experience purchasing my second CPO acura Hana and the people at Acura made it very easy for me to decide to trade in my 08 TSX for a 13 TSX when I had some repair problems with the old ride. Hana and the team worked around my busy schedule to get me the car I wanted and make the deal/price worth while. They also repaired the break pads a week after I had the car when I noticed the steering wheel was shaking and they repainted the bumper which had a few dings. Great stuff. Highly recommend . More

Labor Day Close Out I walked into the dealership looking for a used Acura TL. I wasn't expecting good results because I had been looking for the right vehicle for almost I walked into the dealership looking for a used Acura TL. I wasn't expecting good results because I had been looking for the right vehicle for almost six weeks now and had only recently narrowed my search to an Acura. The online inventory didn't show any used vehicles in my price range. I walked in without an appointment and was introduced to Nathan who in a very mild mannered way showed me the new Acura TLX. He went over all the features and carefully listened to my concerns over pricing. After a well thought out test drive; he discussed options so that I could purchase/ lease my desired vehicle. He worked with managers to get me a to a comfortable lease agreement. The financial manager, Ray walked me through the paperwork. The overall experience was great because it ended my summer blues that was caused by my prolonged car search. A week before I decided to close the deal with Pohanka Acura I recently bought a 2016 Acura RDX AWD with Tech Pkg & AcuraWatch Plus from Ziad Rahme. A week before I decided to close the deal with Pohanka Acura and Ziad in Chantilly, I test drove the car. At that point, I didn't know if i wanted the RDX or another car. I was not pressured to buy the car that day and they were very helpful with any questions I had. This dealership has practically any color that is available from Acura in stock or they can get it ordered quickly. After dealing with all the sales consultants for Acura dealerships around the area in Northern VA and Maryland, Ziad continues to be friendly helpful and able to get me a car for the best deal. If you want to have an honest and friendly sales consultant, come to this dealership. Even after the purchase he calls in to check up on you to ensure you are okay with the car and if you have any questions. By far, this is my best car purchase experience ever. If I were to buy again, I could come back to Pohanka Acura and Ziad. I recommend him and this dealership to my friends and family. When I was doubtful that I wouldn't be able to take the Acura home that I so desperately wanted he reassured me that the finance person was wonderful and great at her job. He told me that she would work out a deal so that I would be able to drive the car home that evening. Even though I arrived late because I got lost he waited for me to arrive at the dealership, took me for a test drive and did everything that he could to make me feel comfortable. I would go back to Pohanka Acura to purchase another car and would ask for Christopher as my sales person. I plan to refer him to many of my friends interested in purchasing a car from that dealership. More
